Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, perfume oils cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order details. Once approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Upon inspection, eligible returns will be refunded or exchanged as per your preference. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
